Throttle stumble off idle, rich or lean running, hard cold starts — carburetors are one of the things we spend the most time on. Clean, jet, bench-set, and sync across banks. Mercury gauges on multi-cylinders, vacuum-based on singles and twins.
Carb rebuilds and fuel-injection servicing for peak efficiency.
Full carb tear-downs and rebuilds, ultrasonic cleaning, new gaskets and needles, tank sealing where needed. On fuel-injected bikes: pump and regulator testing, injector service, throttle-body balance, ECU reset.
Repairs, rebuilds, and upgrades for power and reliability.
Top-end and bottom-end work, cases split, pistons and rings, bearings, shift forks, clutch packs. We’ll talk you through what it needs and what it doesn’t. Two-stroke and four-stroke, small displacement to large.

Charging systems, stators, regulator/rectifiers, starters, batteries. Harness repair and replacement on vintage bikes where the plastic insulation is past saving. We trace it, test it, and fix it properly.
